How can the physical @bestbuy @geeksquad location say they don't do Pixel 2 replacements and then the number they give you to call say that Pixel 2 replacements can only be handled in store? Someone is either lying or just misinformed. Either way most subpar customer eperience
Greg McVerryThe Newington @bestbuy gives me a card to make online appointment. It doesn't work. I call to make @GeekSquad AFTER spending hour in store. It takes 32 minutes of hold time to be told next appointment five hours away. Seems to be no delay in taking my money every month.
Greg McVerryHere my day w/ @bestbuy @GeekSquad Sold insurance plan, told, walk into store get new phone. Go to best buy, told have no appointments & they dont have Pixel 2 in stock (with wall of Pixel 2 behind them). Told to call online, Call told they don't do Pixel 2 have to go to store
