Thanks proposal grew out from @goifoundation team when we tried to do a remote @wikidata and @wikipedia edit-a-thon. https://quickthoughts.jgregorymcverry.com/2020/03/28/goifoundation-needing-to-go-synchronous-lo-fi-during-our-wikipedia-and We are looking to build up and scale an offline LMS just for the power and bandwidth issues.
