Just read the marketing material from Watermark (@TK20/askstream). We just screw up dispositions assessments. First rubrics are not reliable. Each scoring session needs a reliability test. Different raters different subjects. The study I saw (can't share its NDAd) called STRONG reliability as (.60 to .26) Guess standards have fallen in terms of what counts as strong. Also I would never accept for publication a validation and reliability study that only reports Pearson's correlation coefficient. Chance error anyone?

When I found it the instrument validated had nothing to do with the study. I saw no EFA, No CFA. Just told CAEP approves it so the data doesn't really matter.
