Yesterday we got to enjoy a presentation on enrollment trends by the Interim Dean of Graduate School on his last day of his one semester where he presented his plan to fix graduate enrollment.

We learned about our horrid five-year enrollment trends and how we will address the problem by doing the same exact thing we have been, but differently this time.

When I asked why given the data are we still going to rely on a pull model of students coming to us instead of looking to a push model where we go them I was told we need to look at the SEO (search engine optimization) of our Degree names...

Seriously. SEO will get seats filled......
