Chris I am so glad you tried to write a short story about this section in it's complicated (though the shape of your story weaves between a response and a story...which is fine if that was your purpose).
The student was posting the images to BE SAFE. So many students fail to recognize this and criticize students or make comparisons to sexting or other behaviors shunned as dangerous.
