The same is true for the skills employers are so desperate to develop at #ASUGSV2018. The most common I here, "Your kids can't use Excel." I also heard that back when they yelled at us n middle school for not knowing Lotus Notes.
Really that's my job? To teach spreadsheets? That's what you want students speding 50k a year on? I can teach a student to read your CRM and use it quickly, but that's your job not mine. I want students who will be able to look at your data and surface patterns no one else found before.
