Been thinking about this and do not see why rel="license" does not work if anything carrying a different license is a child h* of the parent h* which to me makes sense.

If content has it's own license it should be it's own entity. This could be h-entries, h-cite for someone els's stuff, or even h-item.

But to me you should be able to either grab or not grab the snippet of content as a whole. This way the parent h* and the child h* can have different licenses
