Why is @ebsco doing this to me? #literacies #highered

I spent last two days bookmarking all my readings. Uses the "permalink" feature...maybe @ebsco doesn't know what permalink doesn't mean....Permalink != 404.

Yet I can get ZERO access to the articles I bookmarked. I sign in over and over and get nothing,

Don't get me started on Search. @ebsco told me there were zero results for "comprehension" in "The Reading Teacher"
