Explaining my "No Hungry Caterpillar Rule" to #edu506 and #edu307 students: There are soo many other books out there. It is well illustrated and a classic...but that means your students have seen it and the book isn't really that good at sequencing, butterfly life cycle, and is void of plot. ...but its really just too many years of teacher prep. It's like the "No Stairway to Heaven" sign that hangs in the Guitar Store in Wayne's World.
