Creating A Photo Sharing Site for Students

I get this question a lot, "How can I share photos on a classroom set of iPads." Before you say just go to flickr or some other site these are usually students under 13 and there are very few options for photosharing.

Yes they can use Google Drive (if they are GAFE otherwise same <13 rule applies) or the teacher can set up shared folders. The problem is teacher may not have the same skill.

Imugr? Kidding me right? It will be blocked.

Just set up your own classroom PhotoStream

Create a webpage or website

  • wikispaces
  • google sites
  • wordpress
  • squarspace
  • wix
  • weebly
  • etc

Upload the class photos you want to use

Make a shortcut to photostream on your iPads.

Have students go to site and save image

To  save an image just click and hold on a photo.

It is now saved in photos.
