- Read the book again take notes or don't take notes..your call....I believe writing is easier with notes.
- Read
- Summarize the gist of the story. Include the title, author, illustrator and the main point/conflict in one or two sentences.
- Focus on stories place within the genre...Meaning if it is a mystery story talk about elements common to mystery,
- Say as little as possible about the story itself instead focus on some element such as:
- Theme
- Character Analysis
- Word Choice
- Illustration
- Critical Analysis
- Avoid spoilers. They are mean if you must include disclaimer
- A recommendation
