Flow: The Psychology of Optimal Experience

Starting this book and thinking about the web and Flow...funny when I designed https://edu522.networkedlearningcollaborative I was unfamiliar with this work but that is what I wanted to go with when using "Flow"

But I also meant it etymologically in the hiphop sense of someone's flow. 

Cool it works both ways to mean same thing.
