#poemsofpresence
  Spring sun
warmed over a
Glorious
    cloud free
         darkness
Pulling
the too small
  mask on
bent my ear
  to the new

Reality

Last days of lockers
history in floods of
  memories,
such joy
mixed tape, Best Summer
jamming Every year.
I loved sixth grade
now my boy entered MY
    year. And
I sit outside
  a morgue of mementos
lockers neatly stacked
   organized in rows of
Black Bags
   We await our turn.
No way school should end.
