Unless it was a just-published doc (usually paywall so exempt from experiments) almost 100% incorrect rate. want to hack on something like this: to spit out html with microformats like this: https://jgregorymcverry.com/resume.html we tried Google Scholar https://github.com/Zegnat/php-greg-cites and here: https://github.com/jgmac1106/citationbuilder just a matter of mapping microformats to the myriad of citation styles...all the while knowing in the end a good permalink would suffice
