It requires a cultural shift away from "Boys will be Boys" and "Girls Must Be Perfect" to holding people accountant for actions and creating shared culture of compassion. Develop codes of conduct for your classrooms, reinforce and model positive behavior. In fact we just need to get away from the gender binary in general. Bullying IM
