Have ONE choice for ISP (DSL is not a choice) no one will install fiber. Not now. Not ever. Meanwhile our ISPs will start charging for fast lines or making deals with content providers.

@Mister_Ayyye Dave Reinking said it well. In medicine best practice is easy to identify. You die or get healthy. In education we need better practice as climate and culture changes what works when and where.

@jonbecker I as well but in higher ed this will take six committees two years of approval and you will have 2.5 provosts during the five year plan with each wanting you to start over.
