Morning @scsu with the wind and rain gonna break from the funk a bit and go into eclectic jazz with Medeski, Martin, and Wood https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h7gTlvYLdo8
I don't think @facebook folk totally to blame. Know many engineers who had brilliant ideas... But marketing... But really think @facebook lost control. Just beg @facebook to shut down all their properties until after election.
This is why #Blocktober so IMPORTANT. #IndieWeb We must protect democracy. Time and time again @facebook just pays lip service. Want all the cash. Do you know what happens on Spanish speaking WhatsApp Nothing happens.
Fact. If @facebook did not exist @realdonaldtrump would have lost Fact. @facebook lobbyist pushed antisemitic Soros conspiracy Fact. @facebook gave Trump tools to disenfranchise Black voters Save democracy. Boycott facebook
Part of 40% who will vote for @realdonaldtrump.. Shove off. Don't care if taxes, guns, growth your issue. A vote for Trump is a vote for hate.. . On national TV he told White Supremacist to stand by. hope we can help you heal.
Plus we are reading @zephoria in my #literacies class so this is a wonderful example of A: context collapse, B: fandom, and now C: mansplaining thread hijacking
@heisereads @booktoss Heard from friend who should have been embraced by Disney as teacher instead of "Whiny I just Disappear Luke" that you have passed one of many trials #diversityjedi have for young Padawans... I think rest just read a bunch of books, then burn down publishing industry https://t.co/wsxvolkWEX

Larry Graham just up there in my all time Bass greats and this album showed so much range, so much more than a slap, The slow Gospel tradition in Just Like a Baby as it picks up tempo just before the bridge.. Perfection
Morning @scsu today we start with the greatest Sly and the Family Stones album of all times. Took funk into a direction away form the dance floor into something well different. Paved the way for many https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJZHm5_i1vI&list=PLrVoteC1udtGrfwYK1AcGJ3rGT8t1OPod
@heisereads Sorry context collapse. Dr J + I old friends. She actually beat me for mayor of LRA and then banned me for life. @booktoss knows I was poking at reading logs and the more pleasure reading = better reader correlations
