@CiaoQuirkTax I cut the romaine lettuce with scissors. Use food scissors a ton cooking. Grilled tortillas > Steamed tortillas any day. Sometimes they singe. Crunch works For international folks. That's more tex-mex than a traditional Mexican street taco.
