They get paid 40-50k more than us and only have to teach half the classes

Greg McVerryAs graduate coordinator, given 145 hours (1 class buyout) advise 50-70 students, handle all grad applications, oversee curriculum development, write tons of reports on how I am hitting diversity targets or raising test scores. now take over enrollment goals too
Greg McVerrynot sure people of CT understand critical role CSCU faculty play in CT and given we have four campuses fighting over dwindling pool of students 25% cut state $$ we have to perform at level of @UCONNNeag faculty while teaching twice as many classes for 30-50k less
