@JeffKlaus28 Why it didn't get my yes vote. Its a bad stupid idea. Budgets must be slashed and revenues must be raised. We are kinda screwed.

Ignoring extending the retirement agreement (stupid for state) not being able to layoff state workers makes balancing books hard for CT.
