Greg McVerry@hypatiadotca If I come off as a patronizing I offer my apologies. The web can never be the collective commons if onboarding is exclusionary. #IndieWeb
Greg McVerrySad I won't be at this #mozfest event. If anyone wants to fire up a webcam I will RSVP as a remote attendee

Greg McVerry@jgmac1106 Though I have wondered if principles like "self-dogfooding" and "scratch your own itch" are deeply rooted in Western traditions of individualism that may not translate to communities and cultures with stronger emphasis on the collective. #MozFest

Greg McVerry@elliquinn Correct., but does it have to be that way? I stay on Twitter because it is the network of connected teachers. Yet I also try to do it from my websites first, but work hard to share the values of open pedagogy more than a specific technical solution.

Greg McVerryBookmarks as a form of qualitative coding? I am going through and searching #IndieWeb logs as part of my research into affinity spaces. Makes me think my blog could be the tool I use to organuize data for qualitative research, Wish Known had fragmentions. Could use hypothesis.
