The Telework Act of 2010 gives OPM a lot of oversight. https://www.congress.gov/bill/111th-congress/house-bill/1722 saying our Telework Enhancement Policy is officially "No Telework" Many employees are union. Here the severance package may run afoul of contracts

I mean I think Americans, not America, are the greatest foreign influence threat in Canadian elections
