OMG just came from the help desk. They are renaming our secure network to SSL.... Huh? Do folks work in IT??.. .you don't help a certificate hand off problem naming your network after popular certificates.... Only State #HigherEd IT could do this

Ugg just got off the phone with the help desk in order for them to work on my laptop I have to trek it acro3campus because the technicians don't know how to do remote access on Mac.... And we use JAmF for MDM... Should be easy.

@PACESconsulting 100% Standards DO cost time and money and we don't have the companies releasing employees for work like many w3c standards and tech giants but I just believe member recruitment rather than member-only benefits aligns better to my values
