@jimstewartson Isn't this just an adaptation of McCauley and Moskalenko? wasn't until 2006 but I don't know many who were doing process-based radicalization before them. Stahleski got there a bit with cults on 2005 as did Jackson & Sageman Never read Flynn's books don't know what he cited.
