@arotherham What are you suggesting? We just walk away from negotiated pensions and have neither plumbing nor roof when we retire? For many years in CT teachers didn't even pay social security. I can't start a new retirement plan at 42.
I use an h-feed and h-entry of books I read on https://jgregorymcverry.com/mypoetry and @withknown has a read post plugin that uses HTML as well. I am not wrapping the author in an the h-card and only include an h-review if I rate the book

Do agree no new teacher should even enroll in pensions programs. Chances you will only make it seven years long before vested...then wait for the tax penalty as you convert....We will see how people get used to UBI experiments happening
