@brmorris Lind would write about 4G warfare while still in the military in 1989 But Lind is most famous for his non-interventionist turn after supporting Ron Paul in 1988 His Freedom Congress Foundation with Paul Weyrich was all mixed up in former occupied Republics freed from russia
