@dainmiller Its poetry. Text structure no less formal than a sonnet. Yet when done with flair comes out like Shakespeare.

Worse if it takes extensive training to work your platform then your UX isn't intuitive and your product sucks but the university bought it
Greg McVerryDear #HigherEd You do not need one day training for every new technical platform you introduce. A manual and short screencast will suffice.
