My undergrad, but I probably finished Historical Fiction genre of WWII. Narrative often more true then history. Look at list of historians on the Wikipedia article.

@geonz It is a false equivalency. You can have drunk scootering and drunk driving both be illegal. It probably is in most states already. A company being proactive is about liability. And destroyes scooters. Drunk people throw them in rivers.
