@Ninacharters @esanzi Agree. Conferences time, and the days dedicated to them, are often negotiated. Other ideas: make sure conference schedule and mass transit align. Sponsor taxi or Lyft rides. Use texts over email. Better open rate Recognize the amount of parent communication done by email.
