Lot of friction going back to site and adding link and reasoning. Would think about a Chrome and Firefox extensions as well. where folks can just click button, modal pops up, weight site, give reason weight with analysis of posted comments for potential CoC violations.
Based on my records the first MOOC I facilitated was a Vygotsky study group that used @zotero browser plugin. Class failed due to lack of expertise but it was fun. #el30
Okay the initial shock of being asked to trust the people who spend time commenting on @politico has worn off and I read more: "will be vetted and, if deemed appropriate, added and categorized into our public database of disinformation." Lot of humans involved. That is good.
Anyone know anything about project from @politico? Curious how tags derived, data markedup: https://www.politico.com/interactives/2018/is-this-true/about/ how user submissions rated. The last place I would go for unshaded truth is Politico comments. Spend time there. Makes you sad for humanity.
Encouraged by last night election results. It's not a blue wave but more tide. 30,000 margin in FL and a 200,000 in TX. Demographic shifts may take care of the election. Margins easily made up by old white people dying and younger and more diverse voters coming of age
