Software development uses a similar "think aloud" approach where you ask a user to narrate any decisions or questions they have as they try a new tool.

@asymmetricinfo Other idea could local papers use open source tools to create Bloomboard like readers for their communities? Instead of declaring the Opent web dead do more to fight for its existence. Leverage tools to allows advertisers to interact with readers without silos
Great post but I think you sell short how much organizing the #indieweb community has done over the last 7-10 years. Getting to this point to massive organization from committed enthusiasts. What we need is not more organization but more organizers. It is not up to the #indieweb community to grow the movement, that is your job, my, job and then it belongs to

It is an important survival technique they need in #highered well taught in a #k12 system that has nlong abused and neglected the same students. Give unlimited bereavement time while staying in contact with the student. You will quickly know how much support

Though paywall I want: monthly fee for comment section. Every paper I read same seven asshats in comments. Every town must have training program. How much are these folks willing to pay to continue such frequent dialogue (or price point it takes to make them go away you choose)?
