@BenBo370 @JeremyDBond It came in context at a training where we were being taught how the basics of a wiki worked to track important documents. Instead we spent entire time explaining to faculty what a link was and how to make it. That level of understanding is basic to be literate today.

@BenBo370 @JeremyDBond I disagree. Think about concepts of print. We teach it mainly bc it is such a strong predictor of early reading. Believe web has a similar level of understanding that correlates with online reading. Knowing how a url works has to be a strong predictor. Think I found next study
