Meanwhile we are also expected to complete research and publish our work...Supposed to be 50% teaching, 25% research, 25% service....but the job often requires each category to consume more than 100% of any given week. Is this the #highered norm?

We teach 4/4 load (I get 3 credit release to coordinate a 75-100+ student program, advise 70-100 students, handle and process 30 applications semester
