I was thinking about doing a short story on this topic. There is the new "perfect" distributed system but turns out you can tweak people and movements regardless of software. Techno-thriller from there...the "utopia" media gets manipulated to create national movement then hit men take out five key targets to short the markets. Haven't decided ending, because
